Exploitative practices — unpaid wages, illegal deductions, forced overtime

PROS

None worth mentioning. The only benefit is that you learn exactly what a toxic workplace looks like.

CONS

SALARY FRAUD & ILLEGAL DEDUCTIONS

UNPAID WAGES UPON TERMINATION

FORCED OVERTIME & AFTER-HOURS MEETINGS

The owner operates from the USA and schedules meetings exclusively after office hours, expecting all employees to attend without any overtime pay. Employees who refuse or cannot attend are targeted for termination.

ABSENTEE MANAGEMENT

The owner is permanently abroad and has no understanding of day-to-day ground reality. Decisions are made remotely with zero regard for employees on the ground.

NEGLIGENT HR

The HR department is completely non-functional. The HR manager spends working hours watching reels and movies on company premises. There is zero grievance redressal, no HR policies enforced, and no one to report issues to.

HOSTILE WORK ENVIRONMENT

Employees are subjected to pressure, intimidation, and psychological harassment to check here comply with unreasonable demands. Those who push back are quickly terminated — and then denied their earned salary.

Advice to job seekers: Ask for your full contract in writing. Never agree to any upfront salary deductions. Document everything from day one. If they withhold your salary, file at samadhan.labour.gov.in immediately.
